What a joy it was to photograph this sweet pair, Ira and Ayush, at their Fall maternity session at the picturesque Riverside Park in Milwaukee! They live in the southern US and were in town to see friends, so it was wonderful for them to experience autumn again. They were just loving all the Fall color and the crisp air! The dramatic stone archway, flourishing prairie, wooded paths, and scenic river views made perfect locations for their maternity photos, and we had fun making our way around the park and getting to know each other!

It was wonderful getting to know Tori and Trisha! These lovebirds were so adorably affectionate and candid with each other during their engagement session at Milwaukee’s Brown Deer Park. The park’s pond, wildflowers, open fields, woods, willow trees and picturesque bridge made gorgeous locations for their engagement photos, and we had fun making our way around the park. The Fall color was stunning, we had soft golden hour sunlight, the lovely purple asters were in full bloom, and we even saw some cranes. What a perfect evening! We also incorporated some artistic reflections and silhouettes as well as some creative and moody lighting at the end of their session.

It was wonderful to hear from Lara and Seth again! We've photographed their engagement/family session and their wedding over the last couple of years, and it was such an honor to capture another milestone for them! We met up at Wehr Nature Center in Franklin, WI for their Fall maternity session 🍂

Kyle and Rachel got engaged a couple of years ago, and they were ready to make things official; instead of a traditional wedding, these sweet lovebirds decided to elope! They live in Grafton, Wisconsin and love exploring Lion’s Den Gorge Nature Preserve together with their toddler, Emerson. Since this beautiful spot is a part of their lives, it was the perfect place for their romantic elopement. We first connected over the phone to plan things out together, and on the day of everything went swimmingly! It was an honor to be both photographer and witness 💗

It was wonderful seeing this sweet family again! We’ve been photographing Carson since he was a baby, and now his sister Hannah is One! There was another exciting milestone, too, which was their grandparents’ wedding anniversary 😊 We photographed their session at the lovely Whitnall Park in Franklin and Hales Corners, Wisconsin, and the Fall color was fantastic!

Baby Barrett IV is One! We photographed his First Birthday photos at Whitnall Park on a beautiful Fall evening with his parents, Erin and Barrett III. It seems like yesterday that our photographer Christine captured their newborn portraits, and it was so much fun seeing how much he’s grown and his adorable personality!

Greg and Sue had a beautifully personal, intimate and fun backyard wedding on a perfect early Fall day! Our team photographer Sarah met up with the lovebirds at their home to capture finishing touches as they got ready with their puppy, Chester, and other loved-ones. Soon it was time for the big event!

Lexi wanted an industrial look for her senior photos, and Milwaukee’s Third Ward as well as Walker’s Point made fantastic locations for her portraits! We started her session in Catalano Square before making our way around the city to incorporate cream city brick, staircases, ivy, steel beams, the RiverWalk and street views. She loves the environment at cheer practice and spending time with her teammates, so we were sure to include a couple of photos with her letterman jacket, too.

We had a beautiful early Fall evening for Peyton’s senior portraits! We started along downtown Milwaukee’s lakefront, and the areas near the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World made fantastic locations! We were able to capture a variety of looks there with the cityscape, the rocks along the lake, and the clean modern architecture. We had perfect golden hour lighting! Then we headed over to Lake Park for her second outfit.

It was wonderful seeing the T Family again! We photographed their fun and candid family portrait session at Milwaukee’s Lake Park - the same place we photographed Emily and Travis’ engagement session in 2009! 💗 It was so sweet being back there with them, this time with their little ones, Mateo and Kinnin.

Roger and Sherri have known each other most of their lives (they met in grade school), and it’s such a beautiful thing that they have that history together. The two of them wanted an intimate wedding at their home church in Muskego, WI, and our team photographer Amanda met up with them there for some photos of their finishing touches while getting ready for the big event.

We first met Dietrich and Jillian at her sister’s wedding a few years ago, and it was wonderful seeing them again… this time with their 1 year old daughter, Josie! We had a wonderful day for their family portraits at Hubbard Park in Shorewood, WI! The woods, stone tunnel and trees lining the river as the sun shone through were lovely locations for their candid photos throughout the park.

Becky and Lee’s wedding was filled with so many beautiful candid moments! A little late-summer heat didn’t get in the way of an amazing day, and it even rained during their ceremony which added such a special ambiance to their vows (and you might have heard that rain on a wedding day is good luck!). Both their ceremony and reception were at the Polish Center of Wisconsin, and guests loved both the convenience and the lovely views of the pond and foliage from the large windows and patio.

We had a great evening for Teresa’s senior photos! We made our way along downtown Milwaukee’s lakefront for her portraits, and we had gorgeous skies and sunshine to light up the architecture and water. The cityscape - complete with the Milwaukee Art Museum - as well as the clean lines of Discovery World, and the lovely nature views of Lakeshore State Park all made such picturesque locations for her pictures.

It was wonderful photographing Kiara at her evening and nighttime senior portrait session! We started at Lake Park where we utilized a stunning bridge with ironwork, wildflowers and the woods. We had lovely golden hour lighting and finished up there with some creative backlit photos in the woods before heading over to the Third Ward for some dramatic and moody looks.

Lexi and Mitch had a gorgeous day for their wedding at The Atrium in Shorewood, just north of Milwaukee. Our photographer, Sarah, just loved starting their day with their emotional and love-filled First Look in the midst of the rooftop garden. Complete with tears of joy, this special moment was the perfect precursor to their couple’s photos, wedding party and family portraits! Speaking of wedding parties, the two of them and their attendants were SUCH a stylish group!

Nefeli likes to swim and go to the beach, and she loves the city, so Milwaukee’s lakefront was a wonderful location for her senior photos! We first met her and her family a couple of years ago when we photographed a family event for them, and it was such an honor to capture another milestone for them! We had a perfect evening with gorgeous golden hour lighting and colorful clouds as the sunset began, and we made our way around different spots to get a variety of looks.

One of Fiona’s favorite places is Lake Park, and she had a vision for some of her senior photos to capture her surrounded by nature. It was such a great location for the first part of her evening session, and we made our way through the trails as we talked about science. We couldn’t help but incorporate an abandoned road under one of the park’s stunning bridges, and stairs, fallen trees, wildflowers and some dramatic lighting all added intrigue and creativity to her portraits!

Kaitlyn wanted a bit of an alternative 90’s vibe to her senior portraits, and it was fun incorporating the exaggerated perspectives and angles into her photos. She’s an artist and musician, and it felt like we were photographing an album cover that evening! We went to different locations around Milwaukee to capture an industrial and city look, and we had perfect lighting complete with a gorgeous sunset!

Erin and Shelby have been together for 10 years, and we captured some summery anniversary portraits of them where they had their wedding a few years ago: Brown Deer Park in Milwaukee. We had such a gorgeous evening with perfect golden hour lighting, and the boathouse - where they got married - was a beautiful backdrop set against the pond!
