Becky and Lee's Wedding Photos | Polish Center of Wisconsin
Becky and Lee’s wedding was filled with so many beautiful candid moments! A little late-summer heat didn’t get in the way of an amazing day, and it even rained during their ceremony which added such a special ambiance to their vows (and you might have heard that rain on a wedding day is good luck!). Both their ceremony and reception were at the Polish Center of Wisconsin, and guests loved both the convenience and the lovely views of the pond and foliage from the large windows and patio.
Last Fall, the two of them went to Schlitz Audubon Nature Center on an unseasonably warm and sunny day (Halloween to be exact). After stopping at a few exceptionally beautiful places, Lee found the perfect one. He got down on one knee with leaves falling behind him and proposed using her mom's engagement ring. Once all of the engagement excitement had begun to settle, they picked out her engagement ring together and they started their wedding planning journey. We’re so glad they found us!
Our team photographer Amanda started their wedding day coverage with some finishing touches of both Becky and Lee getting ready for the big event. Soon it was time for them to walk down the aisle! As the piano filled the room, so did many hugs and tears of joy 💞 We just love all of the expressions that Amanda captured!
After they were announced as newlyweds, they were congratulated by loved-ones and then took some family, wedding party and newlyweds’ portraits around the Polish Center before joining guests at their indoor and outdoor social/cocktail hour, complete with lawn games. At dinner time, everyone enjoyed such heartfelt and emotional speeches and toasts… as well as the dessert table 😋
Their First Dance was just beautiful, followed by lots of fun on the dance floor with their guests, and some dramatic and moody nighttime portraits to conclude their photography coverage.
