Lexi and Mitch's Wedding Photos | The Atrium

Lexi and Mitch had a gorgeous day for their wedding at The Atrium in Shorewood, just north of Milwaukee. Our photographer, Sarah, just loved starting their day with their emotional and love-filled First Look in the midst of the rooftop garden. Complete with tears of joy, this special moment was the perfect precursor to their couple’s photos, wedding party and family portraits! Speaking of wedding parties, the two of them and their attendants were SUCH a stylish group!

The rooftop with its metal textures and detailing, as well as the blossoming gardens and lush foliage, made a stunning location for their pictures before the big event. After portrait time, their wedding ceremony was soon to follow. Sweet, intimate, personal and filled with happy tears, their guests were overjoyed to witness Lexi and Mitch exchange their vows and rings. At the end of the aisle the newlyweds couldn’t help but share a second first kiss during their recessional! So adorable 💗

Afterward, while the venue transformed from their ceremony setup to an equally lovely reception, everyone enjoyed the fresh air and views during the rooftop social/cocktail hour. The newlyweds were soon celebrated again by guests as they were announced during the Grand March to start the indoor reception. Their best man, man of honor, parents and other loved-ones gave the most thoughtful speeches, and Sarah enjoyed capturing such heartfelt moments!

The rest of the evening was filled with lots of dancing in addition to a few more romantic and artistic golden hour portraits of the newlyweds.
