It was wonderful photographing Kiara at her evening and nighttime senior portrait session! We started at Lake Park where we utilized a stunning bridge with ironwork, wildflowers and the woods. We had lovely golden hour lighting and finished up there with some creative backlit photos in the woods before heading over to the Third Ward for some dramatic and moody looks.

Lexi and Mitch had a gorgeous day for their wedding at The Atrium in Shorewood, just north of Milwaukee. Our photographer, Sarah, just loved starting their day with their emotional and love-filled First Look in the midst of the rooftop garden. Complete with tears of joy, this special moment was the perfect precursor to their couple’s photos, wedding party and family portraits! Speaking of wedding parties, the two of them and their attendants were SUCH a stylish group!

Nefeli likes to swim and go to the beach, and she loves the city, so Milwaukee’s lakefront was a wonderful location for her senior photos! We first met her and her family a couple of years ago when we photographed a family event for them, and it was such an honor to capture another milestone for them! We had a perfect evening with gorgeous golden hour lighting and colorful clouds as the sunset began, and we made our way around different spots to get a variety of looks.

One of Fiona’s favorite places is Lake Park, and she had a vision for some of her senior photos to capture her surrounded by nature. It was such a great location for the first part of her evening session, and we made our way through the trails as we talked about science. We couldn’t help but incorporate an abandoned road under one of the park’s stunning bridges, and stairs, fallen trees, wildflowers and some dramatic lighting all added intrigue and creativity to her portraits!

Kaitlyn wanted a bit of an alternative 90’s vibe to her senior portraits, and it was fun incorporating the exaggerated perspectives and angles into her photos. She’s an artist and musician, and it felt like we were photographing an album cover that evening! We went to different locations around Milwaukee to capture an industrial and city look, and we had perfect lighting complete with a gorgeous sunset!

Erin and Shelby have been together for 10 years, and we captured some summery anniversary portraits of them where they had their wedding a few years ago: Brown Deer Park in Milwaukee. We had such a gorgeous evening with perfect golden hour lighting, and the boathouse - where they got married - was a beautiful backdrop set against the pond!

Justine and JJ had such a fun backyard wedding in Stevens Point, Wisconsin! Summer is a wonderful season for an outdoor wedding, and the adjacent forest made a gorgeous backdrop for their ceremony, while a tent provided lovely shade and ambiance for their reception. Their ceremony was so personal, complete with vows they wrote for each other in sweet little books. Justine and JJ’s first kiss as Newlyweds was followed by applause as they made their way down the aisle together. So much love!

Mandy and Ravi had an intimate outdoor wedding last Summer, and this year they were thrilled to be surrounded by even more of their loved-ones at their larger, more formal ceremony and reception at Milwaukee’s Turner Hall. They attended a New Year’s Eve party there years ago and fell in love with the historic, architectural space. It was the perfect backdrop for their vintage-inspired wedding!

From politics to theater, a cappella choir and softball, Emily has lots of talents and interests! It was fun getting to know her and her mom as we made our way around Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward for her senior portraits! We utilized a variety of locations within the area: public art, a historic bus stop, a city park (Catalano Square), cream city brick and staircases.

Lauren and Melissa planned such a meaningful and symbolic elopement for themselves! It was such a joy to capture their intimate self-uniting wedding ceremony in their backyard, complete with candles, a fire pit, string lights and a hammock for some post-wedding snuggles. What a perfect summer evening for such a special moment in their lives!

We’ve been photographing this sweet family for a few years now, and it was such an honor to see them again for their newborn photos with their new addition: baby Alexander! A couple of months ago, we had the joy of photographing their anticipation and excitement at their maternity session, and this adorable little one arrived before we knew it! We photographed their covid-friendly newborn session in the safety and comfort of their backyard, and their gorgeous landscaping was a wonderful backdrop for their snuggle-filled portraits.

Anna and Mike had the perfect day for their rooftop wedding ceremony in downtown Milwaukee! The day started at Hyatt Regency where Anna and her bridesmaids - including Mike’s daughter, Jade - got ready for the big event! Anna looked so excited as she got into her gorgeous dress, and our photographer Amanda captured some stunning portraits of her before meeting up with Mike and his groomsmen at Vista.

Ainsley is starting her senior year at Brookfield Central High School, and we had a great evening for her Milwaukee senior photos in the Historic Third Ward! We love the variety of locations for her pictures that we were able to incorporate, all within a couple blocks of each other! Capturing an industrial look, a city park, the RiverWalk and different architectural styles, we had fun making our way around the city for her portraits and talking about softball!

Our team photographer Sarah had a wonderful evening photographing this sweet couple, Sarah and Chris, for their combined engagement and family portrait session! Their son Myer (seems like yesterday that we photographed his newborn photos!) and Sarah’s daughter Tessa joined in part of their session, and it was wonderful seeing all the love between the four of them! Doctors Park in Fox Point was a beautiful late-summer location for their photos.

Morgan is about to start her senior year at Brookfield Central High School, and we had a perfect summer evening for her senior portraits at her family’s beach house in rural Wisconsin. Their beachfront property was the perfect location, too, to showcase her passion for volleyball! We’re happy to incorporate props in a natural, meaningful way, and we also paid homage to her love of reading with a stack of books as she relaxed on an adirondack chair.

Cam’s about to start her senior year at DSHA High School, and we had a great evening for her senior portraits! We started at Black Cat Alley, and her black and white outfit was a great pop against the colorful and artistic city murals! Afterward, we headed to downtown Milwaukee’s lakefront where we captured the lake, trees, Milwaukee Art Museum and cityscape as her backdrops. They were such versatile locations for her senior photos!

This sweet family just moved to Milwaukee from the West Coast, and we were happy to welcome them! Joining Christina at their family session were their two inquisitive, kind and energetic kiddos - Catherine and Maddie/Michael - as well as their partner, Scott. South Milwaukee's Grant Park/Seven Bridges made the perfect location with its bridges, woods, open fields and beach. We had so much fun exploring the park together and getting to know each other.

What feels like both ages ago and yesterday all at the same time, we photographed Amy and Paul’s wedding. It was such an honor and so exciting to see them again, this time at their outdoor newborn session with sweet Baby Quinn. Their backyard was a lovely and convenient location, and it was nice and easy for them to pop inside for outfit changes, to grab necessities, etc. We eased into the session with some swaddling and a little nursing break, and Quinn was then happy as a clam the rest of her session!

Val and Grant had a gorgeous day for their Milwaukee wedding! Their engagement session seems like yesterday, and we were really looking forward to their big day! It didn’t disappoint, and their day started with getting-ready photos at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center- the same venue as their ceremony and reception. It was so convenient having everything all in one place! Val shared a sweet First Look with her dad, and Grant had fun with his groomsmen before the two lovebirds met up for their First Look on the stunning staircase of the hotel.

It was wonderful seeing this sweet family again! We photographed Andrea and Shawn’s wedding a few years ago, their newborn session with little Elliott recently (seems like yesterday), and now had the honor of photographing them again for their extended family portraits! Andrea’s mom Maria and niece Madison were in town, so it was perfect timing! Both the kiddos have grown so much since we’ve seen them last, and we had a fun time making our way around Milwaukee’s Humboldt Park for their photos.
