Jaime contacted us a couple of months ago via our luxury dog photography brand, Buttons & Bones, to purchase a session for her boyfriend Nathan's upcoming birthday. She wanted to capture the bond he - and they - have with the beyond-adorable Skye, a sweet Australian Cattle Dog mix. He loved his gift! ... and then secretly got in touch with us to let us know that he wanted to propose during their doggie session! 🐾

When your portrait location reflects who you are 💯 Claire loves history, art and Europe, and the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum made a perfect location for her senior pictures! She's been dancing since she was a tot, so capturing her en pointe was definitely a must, and the architecture was just a stunning backdrop to showcase her love of dance.

Rana loves going on walks while listening to music, going shopping with her friends, painting and traveling, and I loved getting to know her during her lakefront senior portrait session! She plans on going to school to become a dentist, and we're excited for her as she starts this journey 😁

When weightlifting is a big part of your high school career, senior pictures in the gym are a must! We met up at Julius’ school for the first part of his extended senior session, and captured him in his element. He also likes spending time at his family's summer cabin and enjoying water sports there, skiing, working on his car, and traveling. Milwaukee's downtown lakefront was a great backdrop for the second part of his session - a nod to the time he spends on the water…

Can we just say how perfect of a day Paige and Adam had for their outdoor wedding?! These two are just so sweet with each other, and it was such a joy capturing their love in their portraits around Covered Bridge Park, as well as so many touching candid moments ❤️

Loren loves playing volleyball, making artwork, listening to music, and going to coffee shops, and it was fun talking about art together as we made our way around one of our favorite places: the Milwaukee Art Museum! Since she also enjoys architecture, it was great incorporating all the awesome lines and perspective in the area, too.

When you want city + lake vibes for your senior pictures 💯

Had a great time exploring the downtown MKE lakefront for Logan's portraits and hearing about his adventures with his friends. We incorporated some artistic angles and perspectives, bringing some extra style for unique pictures. Hope he has a fantastic senior year!

It was so much fun seeing this sweet family again! Parents, Juls + Brian, and their kids Bennett + Breckyn met up with me just before sunset on Milwaukee’s lakefront for their mini session. The rocks, water and views of downtown and the art museum gave us a lot of variety with their photos, and the kids had fun running and playing!

It was great seeing this bunch again! Parents Whitney + David and their adorable littles, Austin + Nora, coordinated their outfits perfectly: a nautical inspired color palette that worked really well with the blues and grays of the cityscape, lake and sky. We met up near Harbor House along Milwaukee’s lakefront for their family mini session. These peanuts are just full of energy and smiles, and it was fun capturing their playful personalities and all the love between this sweet family. Thank you for the honor!

Ava loves video games, painting and spending time in nature, so South Milwaukee's Grant Park made a perfect spot for senior pictures. We started on the Seven Bridges trail and then headed over to the beach where we had such lovely soft lighting 🤩 Hope senior year is the best one yet! Emily loves playing sports, lifting, reading, writing poetry, cooking and organizing. We had a great time at her senior portrait session, talking about poetry as we made our way along the downtown lakefront! She plans to attend college and hopefully perform undergraduate research. We wish her all the best! ❤️

Jennifer + Eric recently got married on Mackinac Island, and shortly thereafter we had the pleasure of photographing their wedding reception at the Milwaukee Public Museum! Before heading there, we first met up at MKE's lakefront. The two of them wanted some very Milwaukee-esque portraits, and this was the perfect spot to capture their love amid the backdrop of our beautiful cityscape!

We were thrilled when Melinda reached out for a session with her hubby Kevin and their two senior gals, and it was great connecting with her and planning their photoshoot at Greenfield Park. Lauren + David share a passion for sailing and even sail competitively, so what better place to take their engagement photos than out on the water?! They were so sweet in giving us a little tour afterward, too. Their session was such a fantastic time!

Sam wanted a moody "Dead Poets Society" vibe to their senior pictures, and the Milwaukee Public Library was so kind to let us photograph there! Sam told me about their favorite book and they were also excited to find a copy of "Dracula" to incorporate in their pictures. It was so much fun getting to know Sam and photographing them in the golden hour lighting outside, in the picturesque rotunda, and among the stacks!

Our photographers Lisa and Josh started photographing Erin + Tim’s wedding day with some sweet getting-ready moments, followed by such a romantic and love-filled First Look! The expressions on their faces are just priceless ❤️ The two of them eloped a couple of months ago on their anniversary, and all the love and excitement we saw then was just as present at this wedding celebration where they were surrounded by their family and friends.

Lyric lives in Appleton but also loves bigger cities (especially New York!), so she made the drive to us for some Milwaukee vibes for her senior pictures. Between the setting sun and the lake breeze, we had a perfect evening for some scenic, stylish photos. We met up at Milwaukee’s lakefront during golden hour before heading to the Third Ward for a nighttime look.

Always love seeing this sweet fam! We met up at Grant Park’s Seven Bridges where the sun gave us that golden hour magic ✨ and kids Mateo and Kinny had fun running around the bridges and exploring the trails with their mom and dad: Emily and Travis.

Emily + Thomas had such a beautiful day for their outdoor wedding at Prevailing Winds Lodge! They chose their venue because they loved the natural elements that the property highlights. The ceremony was in a wooded area a little bit more tucked away, and their reception was up on a hill in the middle of a prairie.

Colin is very passionate about fishing, fly fishing, and conservation; being in or on the river is one of his favorite places to escape! It was fun incorporating his passion during his senior pictures. Both locations - the lakefront by Discovery World and the Milwaukee River by Hubbard Park - are two spots that he frequents, and they made the perfect backdrop for his portraits.
