Sophie + Emma | Luxury Dog Photography at Greenfield Park

In case you didn’t hear the news… we now have a Luxury Dog Photography brand based here in Milwaukee, too: Buttons & Bones! We were thrilled when Melinda reached out for a session with her hubby Kevin and their two senior gals, and it was great connecting with her and planning their photoshoot at Greenfield Park. You can't read about these sweeties and not fall in love with them...

Sophie, the ginger haired gal, was Melinda and Kevin's first dog together and was "a perfect angel until we brought Emma home." 😉 She loves wrestling with their cats and is a definite daddy's girl, spending most of her time sleeping in Kevin's office. Sophie's full name is Sophia Beatrix Esperanza del Valle - AKA SophieB, SophALoaf, SoSo, and Sheriff Sophie - and is the most loyal dog they've known. She really entertains them when she's desperate for something and starts walking around moaning like a ghost (they call her Moaning Myrtle when she starts in before dinner)! 😆

Emma is a "tiny gremlin dog made up of spare parts" who has the biggest heart and is a straight-up goofball. She barks at pretty much everything, loves being picked up and carried around, and meeting new people. She's very much a mama's girl who spends most of her time asking to go outside or sleeping next to Melinda. Also known as Emma Bean, Beanie Beans, EMMA!, and Beanbutt, she makes everyone fall in love with her. And when Emma gets mad, she does this hilarious stare down that ends with her doing this angry little chuff and mini zoomie! ❤️
