We had a great evening for Nathan’s senior portraits along downtown Milwaukee’s lakefront! It was perfect golden hour lighting, and the soft clouds in the sky were the finishing touch. The Milwaukee Art Museum made such an inspiring location for his senior pictures, and we made our way around the stunning work of architecture for a variety of looks.

Natalie’s going to be starting her senior year at Oak Creek High School (and then she plans to attend college for nursing), and we had a great time making our way around Milwaukee for her senior portraits! We met up at Swing Park, and the bridge was such a great location to start her city pictures.

Ethan is growing SO fast (as are his adorable curls), and our team photographer, Amanda, had a wonderful time seeing him again with his dads, Jess and Judd, as well as grandparents Marianne and Mel, and his cousin Chloe! The three of them were in town visiting, so it was the perfect time to capture some personal and candid family portraits at their Milwaukee home.

JJ & Justine love kayaking, swimming, hiking and spending time outdoors, so the beach at South Milwaukee’s Grant Park and the Seven Bridges hiking trail made great locations for their engagement photos!

Nathan loves spending time in downtown Milwaukee with his friends, so photographing his senior portraits in the city seemed like the perfect choice! He really likes the areas of the city that blur the lines of development and nature, so the Third Ward and Veterans Park were great locations for his senior photos! We started his senior session in Catalano Square and made our way down Broadway before heading to the RiverWalk. It was fun hearing about the places he’s traveled and his plans of attending UW-Madison!

A lot has changed since we last saw this sweet family! They’ve moved… and they’re expecting! It was wonderful seeing them again for their family portraits and maternity photos at South Milwaukee’s Grant Park (Seven Bridges)! Nicole looked radiant- she definitely has that pregnancy glow! The woods, beach, trails and bridges gave us a lot of variety for their portrait locations, and we even ended up with some Spring blossoms on the trees and some wild flowers!

We photographed Meghan and Mike’s wedding a number of years ago as well as maternity photos for them, but this was the first time meeting and photographing their kids! What a wonderful bunch and a fun session! Franklin / Hales Corners’ Whitnall Park was a gorgeous location for their family portraits. There’s nothing like Spring in Wisconsin, and the blossoms from crabapple and redbud trees added the perfect ambiance to their pictures!

Isaac has gotten so big since we saw him last, and it was so much fun hearing all he had to say! He’s so sweet, just like his parents Kim and Andy, and he was so adorably polite throughout their Spring Mini Session at Whitnall Park.

It was fun photographing some couple’s portraits for Miliana and Evan during our Spring Mini Sessions at Whitnall Park! The two of them are so sweet with each other, and they love to travel. They can now add “professional portraits” to their list of adventures! We’re so glad we had the honor of capturing their relationship and how affectionate they are with each other.

Today is Bridget and Mitch’s 4th wedding anniversary! Their wedding feels like yesterday, and we hope they’re having a wonderful day with their sweet little one, baby Wyatt. He just celebrated his first birthday, too, so this is a very exciting month for them!

It was such a joy seeing the K Family at their Spring Mini Session! We captured their family portraits at the lovely Whitnall Park in Hales Corners / Franklin. The crabapple and redbud trees were in full bloom, and we love all the color and texture that added to their family pictures, complete with many wishes made upon dandelions.

Miranda had the honor of photographing the “Sunshine Friends” - Britt, Julie, Katie, Nicole, Shannon and Sarah (the lovely lady of honor) - during their Adult Prom evening! They all looked amazing, and the group emanated so much love for each other.

Lee and Andy are due with their little one soon, and Miranda had the honor of photographing these moments of exciting anticipation for them at their Spring maternity session. The last time we saw them was at their wedding, and it was just wonderful to see them again and the pure joy on their faces. Their baby has some amazing parents!

Breckyn had so many adorable expressions during her at-home portrait session! We photographed her brother Bennett at the same age at their home in New Berlin, so it was fun continuing the tradition. Our team photographer Amanda loved capturing these sweet baby photos during which Breckyn felt like a big kid sitting in an adorable antique chair (a family heirloom), snuggling with her brother, and enjoying the Spring sunshine outside.
