The H Family| Senior Portraits and Family Photos at South Milwaukee's Grant Park

We were so honored when the H Family got in touch with us and said they wanted to make the drive from out of state for us to photograph their family portraits! They loved our work and wanted some creative and fun photos 🥰 After talking about some location options together, we met up at South Milwaukee’s Grant Park (Seven Bridges) where we were able to capture a variety of looks between the woods, bridges, beach and prairie. Their middle kid, Danielle, is also a senior this year so they wanted a bit of a hybrid session to include some senior photos for her, too. And it was wonderful capturing some updated individual portraits of her siblings, Jade and Noah, as well.

Their parents, Nicole and Scott, as well as Nicole’s mom Gay had fun with the teens as we made our way around the park. Incorporating their variety of passions including reading, music, gaming and hiking, we utilized props and our scenic location to reflect this sweet family’s personalities!

It was wonderful seeing them all share some laughs and have fun together as a family (which also made for some great candid photos)! We had perfect golden hour lighting and loved showcasing them with some creative angles/perspectives, including some timeless silhouettes, and concluding with some moody twilight lighting and even an artistic reflection of the moon at the beach.
