Lauren + David’s Cozy Wedding Day | The Fitzgerald

After photographing their sailboat engagement session, I just couldn’t wait for David + Lauren’s wedding, and what a fantastic day it was! Things got started at The Plaza Hotel where I photographed Lauren and some of her friends and family get ready for the big event. After a celebratory toast, we headed to their ceremony and reception venue, The Fitzgerald, where our photographer Sarah captured David and his finishing touches while I photographed Lauren getting into her stunning dress.

Soon it was time for their romantic First Look! We just love their reactions to seeing each other 😍 Afterward, we captured some portraits of the lovebirds around the villa. It was a chilly and snow covered day, but that didn’t stop them from getting awesome photos! The Fitzgerald had so many lovely indoor and outdoor photo ops, and the cold weather added such a cozy, hygge vibe to their wedding.

After portraits, the two of them exchanged private vows with just their parents in attendance, and shortly thereafter it was time for the big event ❤️ Since they both have a passion for sailing, they tied several knots for their unity ceremony, which will forever be a cherished piece of home decor and a memorable heirloom.

Their reception was just as thoughtful with activities for the kiddos in attendance, heartfelt speeches and songs that kept the dance floor packed.
