Sam and Jimmy’s Wedding Photos | The Atrium, Shorewood

Sam and Jimmy have such a cute engagement story- we can’t help but share! “We went for a hike at one of our favorite trails - Pike Lake - with our dog, Toby. We were at the end of the trail and ready to head to the parking lot when Jimmy suggested we take a left turn instead and head up a hill to see what the view looked like. Sam asked Jimmy to take a picture from the top so she could see since she was exhausted from already getting a workout in earlier in the day :) Once she gave in and they made it to the top, Jimmy got down on one knee and proposed in front of a gorgeous view of the lake on a perfect fall day.”

We’ve had a wonderful time getting to know these two, and their wedding day didn’t disappoint! Things got started at The Brewhouse Inn & Suites for their getting-ready photos. A highlight was them reading letters to each other… so sweet! Soon it was time for their First Look, and we just love the expressions on their faces, complete with tears of joy.

Afterward, everyone hopped around the city for some Newlyweds and Wedding Party portraits, including a fun location showcasing the “Hello Milwaukee” mural (at Finks) before heading to The Atrium in Shorewood for the big event! The skylight and chandelier added a stunning ambiance to their wedding ceremony, and their joyful and love-filled expressions are just everything.

The rest of the evening consisted of a fun outdoor cocktail hour among the rooftop garden and greenhouse bar, thoughtful speeches, a delicious dinner, fantastic dances and some dramatic nighttime photos.
