Heide and Ryan’s Milwaukee Wedding | Mitchell Park Domes

Heide and Ryan are in love with everything vintage and mid-century, so they love the history and look of the Mitchell Park Domes where they chose to have both their wedding ceremony and reception. They did a great job of integrating colors and design aesthetics that worked well with the venue and with their own personal touches!

Heide said she loves so many things about Ryan. "He is one of the most talented and creative people that I know. I'm always fascinated with all of the wonderful creative projects he comes up with. I've never found someone that has the perfect blend of liking the same things that I like. He also has a great sense of humor!"

Ryan said that he feels exactly the same way about Heide! He also loves the amount of small bits of history and facts she regularly shares with him that can make his mind explode. "Every day I feel I can learn something new. Everything Heide makes me smile!!!"

Our photographer Sarah loved being a part of their day, starting with their getting-ready coverage at Milwaukee's historic art deco hotel, The Ambassador. They even got to take in the views of The Domes from the hotel! Soon it was time to head to the big event, and their ceremony was set up so uniquely with guests facing them from both sides. Afterward, Sarah captured some creative portraits of them around the conservatory before they joined guests for their fun-filled reception and dancing under the moon!
